New items now available!

Today I was finally able to add some of the new designs to the shop! These are all 6″X8″ it’s my favortie size to work with right now.

 I have tickets to 7 concerts over the course of this year so I can’t wait to add the pics and ticket stubs to this album!

I love the wood grain on this journal so I left it natural. It should darken as it ages and take on a beautiful tone.

Valentine’s day

So I thought I had set up this post to automatically post on Wednesday but I came on her and nope. All I did was save it. So here it is some pics of the ‘valentne expostion’ I had mentioned in the last post.

The banner I made to hang over our bed. I also put some heart balloons in there.

This is our fort. Now I totally remember why I loved forts as a kid. It’s so cozy! We ate our pizza and enjoyed our fondue in our fort. It was right next to the fireplace so we stayed warm while watching our fave show, The Big Bang Theory.

I printed out my favorite pictures of us from the whole time we’ve been together and used them to decorate the house with. It was fun looking at them and reminiscing about the last 10 years.

This was the first time I made chocolate fondue at home and let me tell you it was SO delicious.

 With Valentines day just around the corner I thought I’d share some heart projects I’ve made. I haven’t really put very many decorations up yet. My plan is to do it on Tuesday so when Jeff gets home it’s like a valentine explosion! So shhh don’t tell him!

December Daily: Days 21-25

Here are the last few pages of 2011’s December Daily.
Day 21
 Days 22 & 23
 Day 24 (Christmas Eve!!!)
 Day 25 is the rest of the pages.
 We do a lot of house hopping on Christmas Eve and Christmas day
so it always takes extra pages to document them.

 What I usually do is include and envelope at the end of the book to house all
of the pictures that didn’t make it into the album.
That way everything is in one place.
I hope you all enjoyed my finished book (better late then never right!)

December Daily: cover and days 1-3

Hello! I finally photographed my December Daily. Christmas feels like it was six months ago doesn’t it? Well better late then never!

Close up. It’s very shimmery but I couldn’t quite capture that in the picture.

 Day 3. I found that pink card at the thrift shop. I just loved it and wanted to include it in my book!
One of the things I love most about this project is using found bits and pieces!
Since there are so many pictures I am breaking it into sections so check back tomorrow for more 🙂

Here is week two. So far still loving this project! I know, I know it’s only week two but with the way I lose interest in things that’s a feat 🙂
