New Item Thursday
Hello! Hello! How is everyone? Hope your weeks going good π
I’m still melting but hey it could always be worse so I can’t complain!
This week is our last new item Thursday for a little bit. We are working on some super secret new stuff π I’m very excited about it and can’t wait to share! Just a hint, I might be showing some sneaks on instagram soon…wink wink!
Lots of new stuff in the shop this week! Over the course of the next week I’ll be adding some different paper options too.

a work in progress
Please excuse the dust around here as I work to redesign the blog. If you hadn’t noticed I have changed the blog name to name Rust and Glitter (it’s also my instagram name). Well the reason is a friend of mine (who shall remain nameless) pointed out to me that my old blog name could also mean something completely inappropriate. SO updating it now!

Originally I had reservations about putting this layout out there in the word because, well I’m in my bathing suit. However I really like the way it turned out so figure what the heck. Hope it doesn’t scar anyone for life π

New Item Thursday
This week I have been clearing out my stash of supplies. My room is over flowing and was getting a little out of control! I have listed these scrapbook bundles in the shop at 50% retail.
Other shop news…next week will be our last new item Thursday (for now). We are working on some very exciting new products. Once those are complete we will have let you know. In the mean time look out for sneak peeks! Stay tuned!!!
Music feeds the soul
This weekend I got to spend lots of time playing with my stash of goodies (thanks to my moms air conditioning). I made some good progress on my project life and made this mini to hold all my concert memories.
I used our music note album for the covers.
The little wood stars are from Studio Calico. They are surrounded with swarovski crystals…love that sparkle!
Here’s the inside progress so far. This was at the Toby Keith concert last summer. Before I chopped all my hair off. I’m missing my long hair these days!!!
I have five more concerts so far to put in this book. Off to get working on that…

New Item Thursday
Hot tamales…it’s been melting this week! I hope you all are staying cool!
We don’t have air (boo!) so I’ve been spending as much time in the pool as possible. It’s the only way to keep cool around here however it makes it hard to get things done. Been staying up late to get things done when it’s cooler (like dishes at 1am) yes, I am a night owl π
Well here is our new item this week.
I never get tired of hearts! Maybe it’s because when I was little my room was heart themed. Heart comforter that matched the drapes and pillows. You name it was all hearts and I loved it π

Can’t use up creativity
Extreme cutness!
I just adore my niece and nephew! They crack me up every single time we’re together, so full of joy and love! This layout is based off of a conversation we had on the drive home one day.
The journaling reads: I’ve recently started bringing Ry and May home from school. If they both had a good day at school they get to go to Starbucks and choose a treat. Today they both got mini-doughnuts and chocolate milk. While driving home Riley said, “Auntie before we eat our doughnuts lets take a picture with them because they’re so cute!” He just melts my heart!
