Our challenge this time was to hand paint a title on your layout. Brush script is everywhere now and we wanted to give it a try. Now I don’t love my handwriting but I try to embrace it. I always think about the fact that one day someone might want to look back and see my writing. I love to look at handwriting on my older relatives. It’s like a little piece of them that lives on.
For this layout I my gelatos with water to make a watery paint, then I painted in on the page. To make the gold star bursts I used a Jenni Bowlin mask, spread some modeling paste over it and sprinkled the glitter on while wet.
I love just using the sparingly on the page.
Below are a few of the main supplies I used on this layout. The 6X6 paper pad is from Target, it’s one of my faves!
